Michael Bienvenue is Principal Consultant at Scaling Principles, LLC, where he helps SaaS companies transform into high-growth enterprises through strategic revenue operations and scalable systems design.
With over 20 years of experience in operations leadership, Michael has a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth for technology companies. As Director of Sales Readiness at OnBoard, he led a cross-functional go-to-market operations team and played a pivotal role in scaling the company's revenue growth over four years through comprehensive improvements to customer acquisition processes, sales methodologies, and revenue systems.
Michael directed the implementation of several enterprise sales technologies including Salesforce, Gong, Seismic, and Outreach, while establishing the company's sales engineering function and revenue forecasting methodology. He has extensive experience in sales enablement program design, compensation planning, and cross-functional team leadership.
Prior to OnBoard, Michael served as Director of Global Sales Operations at EverC, Inc., collaborating with executive leadership on strategic revenue initiatives. His background at Datto, Inc. included roles in product marketing, sales talent development, and solutions engineering, contributing to substantial organizational growth and establishing sales operations as a formal business function.
Michael's entrepreneurial foundation was established as Founder and President of Redwire Technologies, Inc., a managed services firm he successfully built and sold after six years. This experience provided him with comprehensive understanding of all business functions and the importance of scalable operational procedures.
His expertise encompasses team development, data analysis and modeling, compensation planning, process development, and sales methodology implementation. Michael has particular strength in building cross-functional partnerships and translating executive strategy into actionable, data-driven systems.
Michael is a graduate of Cazenovia College and is based in the Capital Region of New York.
